The Production Helper assists the Multistage Operator and Second Operator operate the multi-stage presses by ensuring product meets quality standards and is run efficiently and troubleshooting any production problems. This position will also assist in plantwide general duties as required. Also, the Production Helper is responsible for training other Production Helpers and learning Multistage Operator and Second Operator responsibilities and cover for Second Operator’s absence.

•Check and ensure viscosities and ink levels. Bring out inks as needed
•Take out turns for every roll during production run, label and package as required

The Process Technician provides support for Operations during a rotation of shifts. The Process Technician is responsible for routinely monitoring production activities to ensure safety and compliance, monitoring quality control (QC) testing and documentation, troubleshooting process and quality issues, sample management and other duties. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about joining a team in the manufacturing of high quality laminates and films used in a variety of applications including on cabinetry in kitchen and bath applications, countertops and paneling in recreational vehicles and in the enhancement of interior retail spaces.
The Electrical Mechanical Technician (EMT) works as part of a team responsible for maintaining all electrical and mechanical equipment necessary to operate the facility to produce decorative laminate films. This technician will be assigned to work alone or with a group depending on the job requirements and be an active participant in plant safety. This position will work from a daily schedule, however, must be flexible depending on our schedule to meet customer requirements.
Hourly pay rate is based on skill, progressing over a 24-month period.
Key Responsibilities:
• Have a Safety-First approach– Demonstrate/perform a commitment to safety by actively participating in training, working safely, and continuously working to improve the work environment, while supporting a positive safety culture.
• Inspect, test, and perform preventative maintenance to specified equipment for production or building services.
• Rebuild equipment as necessary, e.g., pumps/rolls/gear-reducers/rotary unions/blowers/choppers/fans/air shafts/clutches.
• Analyze and troubleshoot machinery or process problems as necessary.
• Provide on-call and off-shift support for the facility to include potential work/overtime work on weekends, holidays, and during maintenance shutdowns.
• Have a working knowledge of all procedures necessary to perform equipment and facility maintenance.
• Works with cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement improvements including but not limited to Safety, Maintenance, Production, and Engineering.
• Make determinations on equipment malfunctions, solve problems, and recommend solutions for electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment and systems.
• Perform skilled duties on, but not limited to motors, drives, converters, controllers, circuit boards, relays, electronic or electrical components, power distribution systems, lighting, HVAC, and general building utility services.
• Plan, layout, estimate and implement minor and major repairs, changes or installations as needed.
• Work from schedules, drawings, schematics, manuals, written and verbal instructions with standard maintenance practices to provide timely service to all departmental equipment. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Demonstrated ability to function as part of a team in a high-performance work environment
• Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls Aptitude
Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Trade certification in electromechanical maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance or similar role.
• Prefer 3+ years’ experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements:
• Available to work all shifts as needed
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds as needed.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities, including but not limited to ladders, stairs, mezzanines, and roof.
• Frequently positions self to use/maintain personal protective equipment.
• Comfortable with working in a manufacturing environment alongside machines, equipment, etc.

The Second Operator Multi-Stage will assist the Multi-stage Operator operate a multistage rotogravure press by ensuring product meets quality standards and is run efficiently and troubleshooting any production problems. Second Operator will be trained and must be able to perform all the Multi-stage operator’s duties when this person is absent. They must be able to meet quality standards and run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow all safety rules Actively participate in SHE program Responsible to train new Production Helpers and Second Operators Use SAP accounting system for all press confirmations and production labeling Take directions from Multi-stage Operator Monitor ink levels and viscosity Operate ink spec viscosity control systems Operate registration controls Camera setup, defect tracking and report out Clean cylinders and press stages Thread paper/film through machine Adjust blades/build up doctor blades Gather proper raw materials Set register Watch product for defects in web, correct any problems resulting in defects Complete QC testing and record results Troubleshoot production problems Assure and maintain proper raw material levels Adjust press settings based on production run Install and remove cylinders Adjust ink amounts for proper color matching Complete log sheet Assist Multi-stage Operator and Production Helper to make ready next order materials Inspect rolls of finished product for defects Responsible to clean/mop aisleways beside each press daily Get add adjustments and keep this area mopped and cleaned dailyOther duties as assigned.Available for OT/weekends as neededRequired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
