Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Account Administrator to join our team. The Account Administrator is responsible for the following: Answer sales calls. Handle customer quotations and/or inquiries. Process customer orders. Process customer credit memos. Expedite customer order. Maintain customer delivery schedule. Assist Purchasing, coordinate vendor deliveries. Identify customer requirements to the Purchasing and Quality Departments. Provide technical information to customers. Originate customer complaint form. Provide the customer with proof of delivery when required. Monitor major customer on-time delivery performance. Maintain customer drawing files in Sales office. Must Haves: Fastener Industry experience preferred MS Office proficiency Great organizational skills and multi-tasking Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent, or similar role in a sales environment. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
