    Position Summary

    The Equipment Installation Foreman leads the installation and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment equipment, ensuring systems are installed safely, correctly, and in accordance with project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and quality standards. This role drives field execution, coordinates across trades, and ensures operational readiness of critical treatment processes.


    Key Responsibilities

    Field Leadership

    Supervise and direct installation crews performing equipment setting, alignment, and assemblyPlan and sequence daily work to meet project milestonesSet clear expectations for safety, quality, and productivity

    Safety Management

    Enforce jobsite safety policies and proceduresConduct daily JHAs/toolbox talks specific to rigging, lifting, and confined spacesIdentify and mitigate hazards, especially during equipment setting and startup

    Equipment Installation & Quality

    Oversee installation of water/wastewater equipment (e.g., pumps, blowers, clarifiers, filters, process skids)Verify proper layout, anchoring, leveling, and alignment of equipmentEnsure compliance with drawings, submittals, and manufacturer installation requirementsCoordinate inspections, startup support, and punch list completion

    Production & Schedule
