Superior Mobile Home Parts is seeking a full-time Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lakewood.
This is a hands-on role with a mix of steady work and busy customer interaction. You’ll help walk-in customers, handle phone calls and emails, process orders, and also assist with warehouse tasks such as receiving freight, unloading deliveries, and preparing customer orders to keep things running smoothly.
Every day is a little different. You’ll be part of a team that keeps the counter, phones, and warehouse moving efficiently while making sure customers get the right parts and great service.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable switching between customer service and hands-on warehouse support throughout the day.
This is a strong opportunity to join a stable, locally owned company in a key customer-facing role with room to grow.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentAt least 18 years old and able to pass a background checkPrevious retail, sales, or customer service experience requiredExperience working a counter and assisting customers in person, over the phone, and by email in a busy environmentStrong communication skills and attention to detailFriendly, dependable, and organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAble to work independently and as part of a teamWilling to learn our specialized product lineCounter sales, hardware, building materials, or parts experience preferredBasic construction or home repair knowledge preferredSaturday availability requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional customer service in person, over the phone, and by emailAssist walk-in customers while handling calls, emails, and processing orders throughout the dayHelp customers identify products, provide pricing and availability, recommend solutions, and process sales accuratelyVerify orders before pickup, shipment, or deliveryReceive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory while keeping the warehouse clean and safeAssist with warehouse operations including receiving freight, unloading deliveries, and preparing customer ordersPull, pack, ship, and load customer orders safely and accuratelyAssist with inventory counts and general operations as neededCommunicate professionally with customers, coworkers, vendors, and suppliersFollow company policies and safety proceduresPhysical Requirements
Stand and walk for extended periodsLift, carry, push, and pull 20–80+ lbs regularlyBend, reach, climb ladders, and retrieve merchandise from shelvesSafely use warehouse tools and equipmentWork in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse and occasionally outdoorsSchedule
