Required * Three (3)+ years of dispatch, scheduling, or logistics coordination experience, preferably in ready-mix concrete, concrete pumping, or commercial construction. * Strong working knowledge of ready-mix delivery, concrete pumping configurations, and saw cutting operations. * Demonstrated proficiency with dispatch and scheduling software, ERP/project tools, and Microsoft Office - especially Excel and Outlook. * Proven ability to multi-task under high-volume, time-sensitive conditions while maintaining accuracy and a professional tone. * Excellent verbal and written communication; calm, clear, and consistent radio and phone presence. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to pass background and drug screening.
