We are a growing local home improvements contractor looking to expand our crews with quality talented individuals. We specialize in sunrooms, porch enclosures, porch windows, decks and outdoor aluminum products. Our crews are involved in carpentry and assembly of all these products.
Job requirements:
- You will be working outdoors often and in the elements, year round.
- Must have good general construction experience. 5 plus years of relevant work history.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects such as lumber & materials.
- Must know the basics of reading a tape measure and confidently handling power & hand tools.
- Safety is paramount!
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks.
- Must work well with others.
- Show up on time and follow workplace rules & regulations
- Take care of tools and equipment daily.
- Valid drivers license
- Must have a positive attitude and a can do approach.
- No issues with drugs and alcohol
- Must show initiative, learning our products and improving skills.
- Must stay off phone during the day
- We provide the following:
- Regular work week - Four 10 hour days - Mon Thru Thurs
- Occasional opportunities for overtime.
- Weekly paycheck - Pay will be based on experience and skills
- Transportation daily via company vehicles. You show up to our Fairfield, OH location; go from there.
- You provide your tool belt and basics, we will provide most tools and equipment.
