About the Role
As a BCBA with Sunshine Care Network, you will:
Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLSR, AFLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing supervision to behavior technicians and RBTs. Collaborate closely with caregivers, pediatric nurses, therapists, and school teams to ensure consistent, integrated support. Monitor progress, adjust programming, and maintain highquality clinical documentation.What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Strong communication and coaching skills Commitment to familycentered, interdisciplinary care Experience with pediatric populations preferredWhat We Offer
