Job Responsibilities:
Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments to drive individualized care.Create clear, data-driven clinical reports to support ongoing service authorizations.Train and supervise RBTs and BTs, ensuring treatment fidelity and quality.Develop and update comprehensive ABA programs using evidence-based strategies.Provide culturally responsive parent training tailored to each family's needs.Attend case review meetings and advocate effectively for your clients.Maintain accurate documentation and billing compliance.Collaborate with our clinical leadership on program evaluations and performance goals.Utilize company-provided software and tools for efficient case management.Provide telehealth services for clients in other states, as needed, in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements and company policies.
What You Need:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required)Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autismPassion for family-centered care and outcome-driven therapyResident Living in South CarolinaSuccessful background check clearance
