    Salesperson - Kearny Mesa Ford/Kia

    Job Summary:

    The Salesperson is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, presenting vehicle options, and guiding them through the buying process. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a positive buying experience from start to finish.

    Essential Functions:

    Greet and assist customers who visit the dealership, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and preferences.Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing to match customer needs.Offer test drives to all prospects. Follow dealership procedures to obtain proper identification from customers prior to test drive.Guide customers through the entire sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and closing the sale.Prepare and present sales proposals, including detailed quotes and trade-in evaluations.Negotiate terms and finalize agreements in alignment with dealership policies and customer satisfaction.Maintain in-depth knowledge of the dealership’s vehicle inventory, including specifications, features, and benefits.Stay informed about the latest industry trends, new model releases, and competitive products.Provide accurate information and advice to customers on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or issues.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and targets.Track and report on sales performance, including leads, sales conversions, and customer feedback.Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and performance.Process sales paperwork, including contracts, vehicle registrations, and financing applications.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the dealership’s CRM system.Coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth processing of transactions and approvals.Represent the dealership in a positive and professional manner at all times.Participate in dealership events, promotions, and community activities to promote the dealership and its offerings.Adhere to dealership policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.Maintain satisfactory attendance.Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    At least one year of verifiable driving experience.Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.Valid state sales license.Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; required to have California driver's license within 30 days following date of hire.Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.Ability to perform all essential functions of the job description.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.Strong understanding of automotive products, sales processes, and financing options.Proficient in using CRM systems, dealership software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and manage time effectively.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.

    Job Summary:

    The Dealership Internet Salesperson is responsible for handling online leads and inquiries, managing the dealership’s digital presence, and converting online interactions into sales opportunities. This role involves engaging with potential customers through digital channels, providing information about vehicles, and guiding them through the online buying process to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

    Essential Functions:

    Human Resources Assistant – Sunroad Auto Shared Services, Inc.

    Job Summary:

    The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and technical support to the Human Resources department with a focus on the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, processing system transactions, generating reports, and ensuring the HRIS is a reliable source of truth for employee records across the organization.

    Essential Functions:

    Audit employee data in the HRIS (new hires, terminations, transfers, pay changes, job/title changes, manager changes).Maintain data integrity by regularly auditing records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Build and run standard and ad hoc reports from the HRIS for HR, payroll, and leadership (headcount, turnover, org structure, compliance tracking).Troubleshoot basic system issues and serve as a point of contact between employees/managers and the HRIS vendor or IT for more complex issues.Support system updates, testing, and rollouts of new HRIS features or modules.Maintain and update the organizational chart and reporting structures within the system.Assist with configuring workflows, approval chains, and access permissions as directed by HR leadership.Assist with new hire onboarding paperwork and ensure all required documents are collected and entered into the system.Support open enrollment and benefits changes by ensuring elections are accurately reflected in the HRIS.Maintain personnel files (physical and/or digital) in compliance with recordkeeping requirements.Respond to routine employee and manager inquiries regarding HRIS self-service tools.Assist with compliance tracking (I-9 reverification, license/certification expirations, required trainings) using system alerts and reportsSupport the HR team with scheduling, filing, correspondence, and other administrative tasks as neededMaintain satisfactory attendance. Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualification:

    High school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of experience in an HR, data entry, or administrative support role. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and spreadsheets. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP a plus) and general Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive employee data.Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.Ability to perform all essential functions of the job description.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience working directly in an HRIS platform (e.g., ADP, Paycom, UKG, Workday, BambooHR, Paylocity). Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field. Basic understanding of employment law and recordkeeping requirements (I-9, FLSA, EEO). Experience generating and interpreting HR reports and metrics.
