Data Center Inventory & Asset Coordinator (S2/S3)

About the Role:
Our team is currently seeking an Inventory and Asset Coordinator who will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory of hardware and components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track inventory and product availability
- Ensure order fulfillment and documentation for shipments
- Maintain required tools, consumables, and assets
- Maintain and update inventory systems and databases
- Perform inventory cycle audits and data corrections
- Support regulatory compliance and audit activities
- Manage shipping/receiving and material movement
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards
- Coordinate with field technicians and central hubs
- Arrange freight pickups and deliveries
- Escalate shortages and issues to management
- Improve processes for productivity and inventory accuracy
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in inventory and logistics
- Familiarity with inbound/outbound shipment documentation
- Ability to use a pallet jack
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Ability to travel locally between data centers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
- S2: 1+ years of relevant experience
- S3: 2+ years of relevant experience
Title: Supply Management Planner
Duration: 12-month w2 contract
*Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position**
Start time is between 6am and 8 am CST, working a full 8-hour shift, no planned OT at this time. In the event OT is required, it is usually very minimal.
Candidates will be considered from Dubuque, Cary and Rock Island locations.
All work will be done onsite. .

- FLASH & Backorder Cycle Time
- Delinquencies
- Experience with SAP (a plus) and Excel (required)
- Ability to communicate well with people from different job functions via email and phone (highly important)
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task. Experience with materials planning or buying

Shift: 1st Shift - Start time between 6 am and 7 am

Job Description:
Join our team as a Supply Management Specialist, supporting key supply chain operations with the Client Foundry and Drivetrain Operations in Waterloo, IA. You will act as the primary liaison for raw casting movements between the Foundry and Drivetrain Operations and external machined casting suppliers. Your role will involve managing daily inventory reports sent to external suppliers, creating demand forecasts, and preparing past due order reports for key external Foundry operations. This position requires active engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
