We are seeking a dependable and motivated Groundskeeping & Field Services Technician to support our property management team across multiple residential properties. Key Responsibilities
Groundskeeping & Property Upkeep
Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across assigned propertiesPerform trash removal and manage dumpster areasSweep, clean, and maintain common areas, walkways, and parking areasHandle light landscaping and seasonal upkeepField Services & Property Support
Travel between properties to complete assigned tasks and inspectionsConduct routine property walks and report issues with photos/documentationPost notices (leases, violations, entry notices, etc.) as directedAssist with lock changes, unit checks, and vacancy inspectionsLight Maintenance
Complete minor repairs (basic plumbing, drywall, touch-up paint, etc.)Assist with unit turns and preparation for new residentsIdentify maintenance issues and coordinate with management/vendorsQualifications
Prior experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or field services preferredAbility to work independently and manage a route/scheduleStrong attention to detail and accountabilityComfortable using a smartphone for photos, reporting, and communicationValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredSkills & Traits
