    A Servtender position is a combination of a server and a bartender, and is the main face of our restaurant front of house operations, including both the food and bar operations. This position's responsibilities revolve around the service of our guests with genuine hospitality, speed, and accuracy. This position has the unique opportunity to wear several hats within the world of F&B and is integral to our program's success.

    Food & Beverage (F&B) Program
    The Food & Beverage team delivers a dining program focused on elevated favorites with approachable, genuine hospitality. As one of the most visible aspects of our residents' stay, the F&B program strives to provide unique and memorable connections and experiences. Our residents look to us to help create a home away from home, and we proudly aim to delight and inspire with each of our interactions and offerings.

    Job Duties Provides friendly, quality, genuine hospitality to each guest. (Essential) Greets guests, takes orders, prepares drinks, and serves offerings in accordance to established restaurant and bar standards. (Essential) Is knowledgeable of both food and beverage menus and offerings, including dietary and allergen guidelines. (Essential) Operates cash register and receives payment in cash or credit card, and accurately counts and provides change for guest, when applicable. (Essential) Operates in compliance with federal, state, and local law requirements for serving alcohol. (Essential) Prepares and serves non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages as ordered, following recipes and preparation processes in compliance with company standards. Serves food as ordered in compliance with company standards. Checks identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol. Monitors the intake of alcohol of guests, prohibiting the sale to those who are intoxicated. Orders taxis or other means of transportation for intoxicated patrons. Follows sanitation standards to clean and maintain the restaurant front of house, including sweeping and vacuuming. Performs shift opening/closing/prep duties as assigned for the front of house operations. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)6 months in Previous serving and bartending experience (Preferred) Innate desire to provide the very best guest experience Ability to exhibit a professional image, including cleanliness and appearance standards Strong customer service skills Strong communication skills Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet Basic math skills and ability to apply them in professional restaurant setting

    Job Duties Ensures trash/debris is picked up daily from common areas and streets. Empties common area trash containers as needed. (Essential) Completes minor repairs to rental homes and facilities as needed. (Essential) Inspects irrigation system regularly to ensure it is working properly, repairs as needed. (Essential) Maintains vacant sites, including strap-downs and removal of trash and debris. (Essential) Removes snow from community streets, parking lots, building entrances and other areas Sun is responsible for maintaining, where applicable. May include using a truck with a plow, spreading salt, snow blowing, and/or shoveling. (Essential) Ensures lawns are manicured appropriately. Regularly treats for weeds, plants flowers/shrubs, spreads mulch, trims hedges, cuts and removes tree limbs damaged by adverse weather conditions, and performs other lawn care services as necessary. Ensures all community streets and public access routes are free of hazards. Performs water testing and other maintenance duties related to a well-water system, sewer system, or on-site water meters, if applicable. May include reading, repairing, and installing water meters. Reports all community maintenance issues and concerns that may be identified while performing daily duties to manager. Completes checklists of physical condition of community or sites prior to and after resident occupancy. Ensures the community is presentable and inviting at all times and that it adheres to Sun's curb appeal standards. Cleans building facilities such as clubhouse, community offices, restrooms, laundry areas, and maintenance garage. Assists manager with supervision of service contractors. Inspects playground area and equipment, pool/spa area, and other recreational amenities to ensure everything is in good condition, making minor repairs needed. Assists with the proper spotting of homes upon move-in and move-out. Maintains community pool(s), tests chemical levels, and adjusts appropriately, where applicable. Maintains community vehicles and equipment. Follows safety procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles when moving from site to site and picking up supplies. (Essential) Oversees the architecture, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure with an emphasis on AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.). (Essential) Coordinates team member selection and development and ensures team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures. Leads, mentors, and manages a team of cloud engineers and systems administrators, including performance management and coaching, fostering professional development and technical excellence. Owns and governs cloud identity and access management (IAM) across AWS and Azure, including role-based access models, least-privilege enforcement, and integration with enterprise identity providers (e.g., Entra ID). Establishes and maintains scalable access patterns, policies, and audit controls to ensure security and compliance across all environments. Leads cloud cost management and financial governance, including budget planning, cost monitoring, and optimization initiatives. Defines and enforces tagging standards to enable accurate cost allocation, reporting, and accountability across teams, while partnering with engineering to drive efficient resource utilization. Oversees AI infrastructure and ensuring optimal performance of AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) workloads in cloud environments. Develops and enforces cloud governance, security policies, compliance standards, and best practices. Partners with Security, DevOps, and Application teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient cloud operations. Participates in the full development cycle, end-to-end, from design, implementation, and testing to documentation, delivery, and maintenance. Implements automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM (Azure Resource Manager)/Bicep. Monitors system performance and ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness. Manages vendor relationships, licensing, and cloud cost optimization strategies. Collaborates with IT Leadership to lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
