Present apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive mannerPromote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniquesEvaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentationsProvide accurate information on the different features of propertiesValidate application information and referencesNegotiate leasing terms and complete agreementsKeep abreast of the property market statusEnsure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodicallySkills
Proven working experience as a leasing consultantGood knowledge of leasing rules and regulationsProven track record of successful salesExquisite presentation and negotiation skillsWell-versed in marketing and sales techniquesCustomer-focused approachKnowledge of Spanish Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
