This role supports conveyor maintenance, service, and troubleshooting across customer sites within a 2-hour radius. The position is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Lead role and eventually train future technicians as the team expands. Core Responsibilities Perform mechanical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on conveyor systems (approx. 90% of workload). Diagnose and correct mechanical failures on Dematic and Hytrol equipment. Conduct system inspections, component replacements, belt tracking, roller adjustments, and mechanical rebuilds. Document work performed, parts used, and maintenance status Communicate findings, repair timelines, and risks to site contacts Travel daily within a 1.52 hour radius of Atlanta for field maintenance assignments.
