What You’ll Be Doing:\uD83D\uDD27 Fixing & Repairing: Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues throughout the hotel. \uD83D\uDD27 Keeping It Running: Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep equipment and facilities in top shape. \uD83D\uDD27 Problem-Solving Like a Pro: Quickly respond to maintenance requests and guest concerns with efficiency and a smile. \uD83D\uDD27 Safety First: Ensure all work meets safety standards and compliance regulations. \uD83D\uDD27 Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and leadership to keep operations seamless. \uD83D\uDD27 Keeping It Stocked: Maintain tools, supplies, and inventory to ensure the team is always ready to tackle any issue.\uD83D\uDD27 Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM with flexible availability on weekends and holidays What We’re Looking For:✔ Experience: 2+ years in maintenance, facilities, or a related field (hotel experience is a plus!). ✔ Problem-Solving Skills: You love troubleshooting and finding solutions fast. ✔ Technical Know-How: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. ✔ Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and be on your feet for extended periods. ✔ Flexibility: This shift is for nights, weekends, and holidays - they're part of the hospitality world, and you’re ready for the challenge. ✔ Team Player Attitude: You thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in keeping everything running smoothly.
