Job Summary
A Post Frame Construction Carpenter will perform a wide range of physical labor tasks on the construction site including site preparation, use of hand and power tools, and cleanup of the job site.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.Assisting with transport and operation of heavy machinery and equipment.Reading and interpreting blueprints.Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools.Maintains regular and predictable attendance.Receives and carries out instructions.Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to understand directions and read blueprints.Ability to work at heights exceeding 20 feet.Works well as part of a team.Ability to travel as needed.Ability to work alone once instructions have been given.Ability to work a 40-hour week with overtime.Education/Experience:
Successful completion of vocational school or technical college or apprenticeship program; OR the equivalent on-the-job training and experience preferred.OSHA 10 Certification preferred but not required.Class A CDL preferred but not required.Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to and in excess of 75 pounds.Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and elements.Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.Must be able to wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and any other safety related equipment.Our Benefits Package Includes:

Job Summary
The Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading and supporting electrical crews on agricultural construction projects, including grain systems and farm facilities. This role oversees all on-site electrical activities while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Summit quality standards.
Duties/Responsibilities
-Schedule, assign, and supervise all electrical activities on the jobsite
-Lead and support electrical crews while maintaining strong jobsite morale
-Review work requests, determine labor and material needs, and set priorities
-Ensure compliance with NEC, project specifications, and quality standards
-Inspect work in progress and completed installations for accuracy and quality
-Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations
-Manage procurement and staging of electrical materials and equipment
-Monitor crew performance and provide coaching as needed
-Maintain clean, organized, and efficient jobsites
-Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills / Abilities
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
- Safety-oriented mindset
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to work extended hours (5565 per week)
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Ability to travel as needed
Education / Experience
- Nebraska Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
- 2+ years electrical field experience
- Proven leadership experience
- Bachelors or associate degree in electrical Field preferred

- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
