    Job Summary

    A Post Frame Construction Carpenter will perform a wide range of physical labor tasks on the construction site including site preparation, use of hand and power tools, and cleanup of the job site.


    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.Assisting with transport and operation of heavy machinery and equipment.Reading and interpreting blueprints.Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools.Maintains regular and predictable attendance.Receives and carries out instructions.Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    Ability to understand directions and read blueprints.Ability to work at heights exceeding 20 feet.Works well as part of a team.Ability to travel as needed.Ability to work alone once instructions have been given.Ability to work a 40-hour week with overtime.

    Education/Experience:

    Successful completion of vocational school or technical college or apprenticeship program; OR the equivalent on-the-job training and experience preferred.OSHA 10 Certification preferred but not required.Class A CDL preferred but not required.

    Physical Requirements:

    Must be able to lift up to and in excess of 75 pounds.Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and elements.Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.Must be able to wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and any other safety related equipment.

    Job Summary

    The Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading and supporting electrical crews on agricultural construction projects, including grain systems and farm facilities. This role oversees all on-site electrical activities while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Summit quality standards.


    Duties/Responsibilities
    -Schedule, assign, and supervise all electrical activities on the jobsite
    -Lead and support electrical crews while maintaining strong jobsite morale
    -Review work requests, determine labor and material needs, and set priorities
    -Ensure compliance with NEC, project specifications, and quality standards
    -Inspect work in progress and completed installations for accuracy and quality
    -Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations
    -Manage procurement and staging of electrical materials and equipment
    -Monitor crew performance and provide coaching as needed
    -Maintain clean, organized, and efficient jobsites
    -Perform other duties as assigned


    Required Skills / Abilities
    - Strong leadership and crew management skills
    - Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
    - Safety-oriented mindset
    - Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans
    - Ability to work independently
    - Willingness to work extended hours (5565 per week)
    - Ability to work outdoors in all conditions

    Education / Experience
    - Nebraska Journeyman Electrician license (required)
    - OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
    - 2+ years electrical field experience
    - Proven leadership experience
    - Bachelors or associate degree in electrical Field preferred
