Are you an experienced lash artist looking for a flexible part-time role in a premium, high-traffic beauty studio? SugaringNYC Westfield is expanding our team! We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Lash Technician who is passionate about delivering flawless, hybrid, volume and classic lash sets and providing an exceptional client experience. Hourly PLUS Commission.
Duties
Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.
Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client's desired look and recommend suitable lash styles.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all tools and workspaces to ensure client safety.
Educate clients on aftercare routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips for long-lasting results.
Upsell complementary services such as brow shaping, or sugaring services to enhance client experience.
Keep detailed records of client preferences, treatment history, and product usage for ongoing care.
Skills
Must have a NJ State Cosmetology or Esthetician License
Strong isolation technique, precision mapping, and speed.
Proven experience working as a lash technician with a strong portfolio of eyelash extension work.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their aesthetic goals.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters client loyalty.
Experience in retail sales a plus.
