Location: 5703 Commonwealth Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32254
Pay Range: $21.00- $27.35 ($21.00 for new hires)
Sign-on Bonus of up to $3,000 for experienced drivers (Fully licensed CDL holders with P&S endorsement)
*CDL License or Permit holders with S&P Endorsements is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Drive a school bus route - picking up and dropping off student passengers at established stops on the route.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.Attend and participate in monthly safety meetings.Clean bus as necessary to maintain a professional appearance and positive company image.As requested or desired to drive students on field trips, activity trips and charter runs to transport students and other passengers to and from their destinations.
Qualifications:
Must be fully licensed. Must hold a CDL Class A or B license and be fully endorsed with Passenger, School Bus, and Air Brake endorsements.Must be 21 years or olderMust have a minimum of 5 years verifiable driving historyAbility and willingness to obtain a CDLPre-employment background checks apply
