    What You’ll Be Doing

    Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessmentsDesign and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Track progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and client needsCollaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionalsKeep documentation organized and aligned with ethical and clinical standardsUse Motivity for seamless program management and data collectionStay sharp with ongoing professional developmentMaintain 30–35 billable hours per week, including direct 1:1 ABA therapy and protocol updates for your cases

    What You Bring

    Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldCurrent BCBA certification through the BACBExperience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)Strong communication, organization, and leadership skillsA positive attitude and a team-first mindset

    ???? What You'll Do:

    Work 1:1 with children and teens using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principlesImplement behavior support plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Track progress and collect data using Motivity (no clipboards here!)Celebrate milestones and support developmental growth in a positive and engaging wayCollaborate with supervisors and teammates to deliver high-quality, compassionate care

    ✅ What We’re Looking For:

    A genuine passion for working with kids and teensPatience, energy, and a can-do attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Ability to pass a background checkWillingness to complete RBT certification (we’ll help with that!)Previous experience with children or ABA is a plus—but not required

    ????️‍♀️ Physical Demands:

    This role is active and hands-on. Candidates must be able to:

    Collect, interpret, and analyze complex data and informationUnderstand and respond to a diverse populationUtilize fine motor coordination and clear, effective speechHave adequate hand and arm strength to grip and lift heavy objectsWalk, stand, and sit frequently—up to 8 hours per dayKneel and bend frequently—10–30 times per dayLift up to 40 pounds (including therapy materials or assisting clients)Provide physical support to clients as needed, including lifting or repositioningSafely transport or physically guide clients during noncompliance or problem behaviorSustain 1:1 therapy session throughout the day without prolonged breaks
