Recruiter and Workforce Planning Specialist The Recruiter and Workforce Planning Specialist is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, employee transfers, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives. This role partners closely with Operations, Project Management, Safety, Payroll, and Human Resources teams to ensure staffing needs are met, employees are successfully onboarded and supported, and HR processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
