Position Overview:
As a private practice Speech Language Pathology Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping clients overcome communication challenges, improve their speech and language skills, and achieve their educational goals. Under the guidance and supervision of licensed Speech Language Pathologists, your work will directly contribute to the success and well being of students in the private practice environment.

Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) program or related field.State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLPA.Willing to provide supervision hours for licensing if neededPrevious experience as an SLPA in private practice or a pediatric setting is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, educators, and support staff.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to assist in managing caseload and documentation.Dedication to providing culturally competent and student-centered care.Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting speech and language assessments under the direction of licensed Speech Language Pathologists.Provide speech and language therapy interventions, exercises, and activities to support the client's communication, articulation, fluency, and language skills.Support the implementation of treatment plans and carryover of therapy goals Assist in monitoring and documenting the client's progress, communicating findings to the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.Work with individual students to reinforce therapy techniques and activities.Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including session notes, progress reports, and billing documentation.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and ethical standards governing speech-language pathology assistant services in private practiceBenefits:

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and contribute to the well-being and communication development of our clients.
Position Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist in our private practice, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions to children with speech-language and/or feeding/swallowing disorders. Our ideal candidate is a passionate and knowledgeable team member who is looking to grow their clinical skills in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. We believe in collaboration and work-life balance. Feeding, Bilingual (English/Spanish), and/or AAC experience preferred but not required.
The candidate must be available to work after school hours. A typical week's schedule will include working 3 days from 10-7, and two days from 8-5, with one of the earlier days on Friday. Every day includes an hour lunch break. Productivity can vary from 75% to 88% without cancellation,s depending upon your desired pay; CFYs will only be scheduled up to 75% productivity. Given our average cancellation rate, typical productivity would be about 64% to 74%. Unproductive time and canceled sessions will be available for therapists to complete other job duties.
Day-to-day tasks: complete formal evaluations, develop plans of care, plan and conduct therapy, complete progress reports, complete discharge summaries, educate family and caregivers, communicate with families and team members as needed, collaborate with our/client's multidisciplinary team, cleaning/sanitizing of used materials, and keeping workspace tidySoft skills- strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, compassionate, creative, confidentWhat our employees say about working for us:

Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. (if applicable)Educator Certificate (if applicable)Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) unless a CF.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience in private practice or outpatient settings preferred.Knowledge of insurance billing and documentation practices is a plus.Dedication to providing culturally competent and client-centered care.Benefits:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and experienced in-person School Psychologist to join our team on a contract basis. As a School Psychologist, you will provide comprehensive psychological services to students, collaborate with educators and families, and contribute to fostering a healthy learning environment. You will work in a school setting, offering evaluation, consultation, intervention, and prevention services that support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral well-being.
Responsibilities: conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).Provide counseling and interventions to support students' emotional and mental health needs.Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address students' academic and behavioral challenges.Offer consultation and training to school personnel on strategies to improve learning environments and student outcomes.Promote positive mental health through prevention programs, crisis intervention, and school-wide initiatives.Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations.Additional Details:
Must reside within 45 minutes of the school districtCertification as a School Psychologist by the Michigan Department of EducationExperience in data collection, analysis, and interpretationExperience with positive behavior support and with universal strategies on how to support students with behavioral concernsExperience in the administration and interpretation of a variety of assessmentsKnowledge of Special Education Law as outlined within the Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education (MARSE)Proven ability to develop modifications and accommodations for the general education curriculumExperience and training in administering and interpreting psychological evaluations within an educational settingProven track record of the ability to develop and maintain positive, approachable and acceptable relationships with school staff, parents, building administrators and the community agenciesQualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from a NASP-approved/accredited programValid state license or state department of education certification (as needed) as a School Psychologist.
