Duties include:
· Draining oil from vehicle and replace with new oil.
· Top off fluids, including brake fluid, power steering and windshield wiper fluid.
· Make recommendations and install air filters, oil filters and windshield wipers.
· Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Valid driver's license is a must
· Customer service background is preferred
· Basic technology experience is required.
· Interpersonal Skills Customer interactions
· Transportation is required
· Be at least 18 years of age
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to reach, stoop, bend, squat and stand for prolonged periods of time.
· Ability and willingness to work during all seasons and weather conditions.
· Ability to reach above head to work under vehicles.

Lube Tech Job Overview:
Lube/Pit Tech is the entry point for a rewarding career in the automotive service industry

Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes including draining motor oil & changing filters
Inspect and top off fluids
Assist the customer in selecting oil type and service offerings
Measure and adjust tire pressure
Perform tire rotations
Process payment for services performed.
Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
Maintain shop, lobby and bathroom cleanliness
Qualifications:
Customer service background is preferred
Basic technology experience is required
Commitment to learning and developing strong knowledge of product and service offerings
Ambitious and reliable
Able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
Can walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning
Willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions
Alertness and awareness of your surroundings while in the shop area
Physically able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
