  Full job description
  StretchLab is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled and sales motivated individual that is fitness minded and has a love for community and our brand! StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, Stretch Lab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields – physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more – and brought in the world’s leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere. StretchLab’s proprietary flexologist ™ training ensures that their client’s receive a world class stretching session.
  POSITION:The Lead Sales Associate will assist the General Manager in leading the sales activities and drive membership growth by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro Classes. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining current members. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
  REQUIREMENTS:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retailAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software systemAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and emailMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust have proficient computer skillsDaily and/or occasional travel may be required.Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales-driven environment, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or health industry. Proven success in driving sales and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  
  
  RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closeBook and confirm intro sessionsManage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studioConduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wantsMaintain acceptable level of personal sales productionEmphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness providerPresent available services to current or prospective membersBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessionsParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the clubEnsure studio is clean and tidyOther duties as assigned

  StretchLab is seeking personal trainers, physical therapists, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates Instructors to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

  Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.
  
  Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  
  Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clientsEncourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessionsBuild StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sale.Managing client care.Delivering a best-in-class stretching experienceBooking client’s weekly recurring appointmentsUpdating client notes consistentlyMaximize client utilization of sessions/membership by booking follow up appointments, renewing memberships, outreach to leadsEnsure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rulesAttend staff meetings and required educational presentationsHandle member concerns when applicableAssist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as neededMaintain strong social media presence to client membership and retentionClean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given timeEnsure studio is clean and tidy.Qualifications:
  
  Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility and flexibilityPreferred background: Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Pilates or Yoga InstructorExperience working in a fitness/health environment where you providing hands-on training with clientFitness certification requiredAbility to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals.Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policiesMust be available to go through our 3 day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on trainingBenefits:
