    Join Strategic Therapy Associates, a leading mental health provider in Virginia! We're seeking QMHP-level Mental Health Clinicians to help children and families overcome challenges and avoid out-of-home placements.

    You'll empower clients toward positive change and self-sufficiency using family systems approaches.


    What You'll Do:

    Provide counseling in homes, communities, or schools.Help clients resolve issues to prevent institutionalization and keep families together.Build rapport and use creative therapeutic techniques.Complete necessary clinical documentation.


    We're Looking For:

    QMHP-eligible with a Bachelor's in a human services field.Prior mental health experience (community-based a plus!).Flexible, family-oriented, optimistic, and open-minded.Valid driver's license, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record.

    Note: Most appointments are afternoons/evenings, some weekends.

    Join Strategic Therapy Associates and help at-risk youth and families in Virginia! As a Family Coach, you'll guide clients toward better social engagement and improved relational interactions.


    What You'll Do:

    Motivate clients toward positive change through one-on-one life skills coaching.Teach coping skills and anger management techniques.Set a positive example.Complete daily documentation accurately.Collaborate with team members.Safely transport clients.Be flexible and adapt to changes.


    We're Looking For:


    Experience with at-risk youth/adolescents is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to pass background check & TB screen.Team player, organized, and a self-starter.Willingness to transport clients.Available for afternoon/evening hours.Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Human Services field (Social Work, Psych, Counseling, etc.).Valid driver's license, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record.Willingness to transport clients as needed.

We'll pay for your BSFT certification (over $1600 value!) and may offer free clinical supervision for licensure!


    Your Role:

    Manage a caseload of 8-10 families (ages 6-18), diverted from family court.Provide home, office, and telehealth mental health services.Be flexible: evening, weekend, and holiday availability is a must.Complete all documentation to standards.Collaborate with support services and participate in supervision.


    We're Looking For:

    Virginia-registered Resident in Counseling (LMHP-R) or Supervisee in Social Work (LMHP-S), or eligible to register.QMHP-C with 5+ years experience working with children and families also considered.Valid driver's license, insurance, own vehicle, and good driving record.Passion for serving youth/families, strong communication, and a focus on outcomes.
