Join Strategic Therapy Associates in Virginia! We're seeking a Resident in Counseling (or QMHP-C with 5 years experience) with family therapy experience. Learn and implement Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT) to help adolescents and families with conduct problems. We'll pay for your BSFT certification (over $1600 value!) and may offer free clinical supervision for licensure!
Your Role:
Manage a caseload of 8-10 families (ages 6-18), diverted from family court.Provide home, office, and telehealth mental health services.Be flexible: evening, weekend, and holiday availability is a must.Complete all documentation to standards.Collaborate with support services and participate in supervision.We're Looking For:
