• 2+Apprentices / Helpers
Scope of Work
• Install pathways
• Pull and assist with Cat6 cable installation
• Support commercial low-voltage construction activities
• Assist with installation of structured cabling systems
• Follow project safety and quality standards
Pay
Low Voltage Technician:
• $24–$30/hour DOE
Apprentice / Helper:
• $18–$23/hour DOE
Per Diem
• $145/day if you provide your own housing
OR
• $45/day if company-provided housing is utilized
Requirements
• Previous low-voltage, electrical, or construction experience preferred
• Experience pulling cable and installing pathways is a plus
• Ability to work 10-hour days
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanics to support a large construction materials and equipment operation in the Land O' Lakes / North Tampa area.
This position focuses on the maintenance and repair of construction equipment, earthmoving equipment, aggregate equipment, ready-mix trucks, and heavy-duty fleet vehicles.
Compensation
• $30–$40+/hour based on experience
• Most qualified candidates fall in the $32–$36/hour range
• Overtime available
• Weekly pay
Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair diesel-powered heavy equipment
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Repair loaders, excavators, haul trucks, ready-mix trucks, crushers, screening equipment, and support vehicles
• Read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and diagnostic information
• Maintain equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
• 3+ years of heavy equipment or construction equipment mechanic experience
• Strong diesel diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Hydraulic system repair experience required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must possess personal mechanic tools
• Reliable transportation required
Preferred Experience
• Construction equipment
• Ready-mix or concrete operations
• Aggregate, mining, or quarry equipment
• Excavators, loaders, dozers, cranes, or haul trucks
• CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, Deere, Hitachi, Case, or similar equipment
• Welding and fabrication experience
