    The warehouse of the future is equipped with our autonomous robots instead of forklifts and our Atlas 2D pallet shuttles or tote shuttles that allow for high-density storage (no wasted space).

    As part of stow Group and over the span of more than 40 years, we’ve grown into a company with 10 manufacturing facilities, 19 commercial offices, and the know-how of around 2000 employees serving customers in 40 countries.

    Job Description

    The Forklift Operator loads trucks with finished or semi-finished products for external and internal customers.

    The Forklift Operator receives loading assignments from dispatch in order of priority, as well as oral and/or written instructions recorded in SharePoint.

    Follows scanner instructions indicating the load to be carried outCalculates the truck loading configuration based on the materials in the deliveries (loads to be performed)Follows instructions from superiors and dispatch to improve work methods and avoid complaints or damage during loadingAdapts to changes in work priorities or assignments at management’s requestCommunicates all necessary information to supervisors to enable performance reporting to management by completing the end-of-shift report
    (recording everything done during the shift)Loads delivery/shipment materials as requested, within the calculated timeframe and within the proposed floor space (floor meters)Performs overseas packagingMaintains order and cleanliness during and after each loadingRespects the environmentEnsures and monitors the quality and stability of packages and stacking inside the truck
    Packs or straps packages together to ensure stability or prevent damage (with or without supervisor request)Ensures and monitors safetyAssists colleagues when neededCompletes the loading documentConnects batteries to chargers and refills them with water if requiredCounts items during inventory and cycle countsTakes photos of the load to guarantee loading quality in case of customer complaintsOutside of live load, is responsible for closing trailers (tarpaulins)Respects third-party equipment (transporters’ trailers)Is courteous and polite with drivers and assists them when needed (maneuvering, movements, etc.)Ensures drivers comply with Stow’s internal rulesComplies with load-securing legislationPerforms pre-staging at the request of the supervisorPerforms 5S audits according to instructionsOptional: Moves trailers using the tractorQualifications

    Job Description

    The Forklift Operator Supplies production lines with raw materials to ensure continuity of production, removes bins from machines to be stored in the warehouse or loaded onto trailers (direct load) and ensures proper management of waste bins.

    The Forklift Operator receives prioritized work orders from their supervisor, as well as oral and/or written instructions recorded in SharePoint.

    Follows scanner instructions indicating required movementsFollows instructions from superiors to improve working methods and avoid complaints or damageAdapts to changes in work priorities or assignments at the request of managementPrepares, packages, stores, and loads materials as requested within the given timeframeMaintains order and cleanlinessRemoves waste according to established instructionsRespects the environmentEnsures and monitors the quality and stability of packages and stacked goodsCommunicates all data necessary for performance calculations to supervisors by completing the end-of-shift report
    (recording everything performed during the shift)Assists colleagues when neededSupplies production machines (profiling, painting, welding) with raw materials
    (wood, slats, pallets, powders, chemicals, packaging materials, auxiliary products, welding wire, hooks, raw parts, etc.)
