    What you will be doing:

    Embody customer service excellence: You are not only an agile coffee expert; you lead by example. Using storytelling, you'll create an experience for each customer that walks into a boutique educating them on our coffee and sustainability while creating a hospitable environment.

    Drive sales results: Inspire your team to achieve sales and service goals through daily communication, coaching, and mentoring. Collaborate with the Boutique Manager and Team Leads to evaluate boutique performance and implement improvement strategies.

    Lead team development: Motivate team performance through feedback and recognition. Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to champion team development and empowerment while fostering a growth focused culture inspired by learning.

    Streamline operations: Adapt to evolving priorities or unstructured cadences. Take ownership across operations, inventory, and scheduling to ensure processes are implemented effectively and efficiently. Execute store visual guidelines to optimize sales and presentation. Constantly look for ways to create efficiencies and improve boutique success.

    What you will bring:

    3+ years of professional management experience in a fast-paced or luxury retail environment

    2+ years of supervisory experience in people management and development of multiple direct reports

    High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred

    Proven ability to organize and utilize time management and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple tasks

    An authentic passion for coffee, a respect for sustainability, and a commitment to continual self-learning

    Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays

    Additional preferred qualifications:

    Experience co-managing 20+ employees in a high-volume, luxury retail environment

    Field Sales Representative Position Summary

    The Field Sales Representative owns and delivers sales for their overall territory by developing relationships with Store Managers and other retail personnel to achieve directed short and long-term performance objectives. This is achieved with a focus on delivering the overall value of retail (VOR) to include sales, displays, new items and core distribution. Activities center on wall-to-wall sales coverage of Nestl items, including systemic problem solving related to out of stocks, new item speed to shelf, share of shelf, price compliance, and promotion selling.

    Sell incremental volume for display and obtain maximum support for promoted products.Sell promotional surveys for displays.Sell additional products based on opportunities observed.Collaborates with targeted store-level/district-level retail operations personnel to create and execute business reviews that drive volume.Leads expenditure of financial resources in a fiscally responsible manner.Ensures compliance to pricing guidelines at retail level.Reports competitive price changes and promotional support and resolves competitive pricing issues.Identify and correct voids and ensure new items are available.Merchandise products to obtain schematic compliance, pack out shelves, rotate products, handle unsellable product and resolve systemic problems related to out-of-stocks and voids.Develops and maintains proper relations with department/store level personnel within territory in order maximize sales results.Communicates market insights from the retail level to management.Requirements

    High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or in a related field preferred.

    2+ years of retail sales, merchandising or retail management experience of CPG products preferred, not required.

    Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing.

    Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.

    Working Conditions

    Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the largest cluster of stores in the assigned territory to ensure consistency and execution readiness.

    The Line Operator 2 is responsible for sheeting, scaling and mixing all ingredients as prescribed by the Bill of Materials (BOM) in a fast-paced work environment.
