Receptionist Position SSI is seeking a receptionist to assist with greeting visitors, answering phone calls and basic administrative support. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure effective telephone, mail and email communications both internally and externally Greet visitors, answer telephone inquiries routing calls to the appropriate personnel Manage conference room reservations and organize all aspects for meetings Assist with large mailings Arrange and coordinate meetings Maintain general office inventory Update various spreadsheet sheets and other general administrative duties as needed SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Detail oriented with strong planning and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral Basic computer literacy, capable of functioning in an independent capacity REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS MUST live in a current designated HUBZone.
