Stonhard Position Overview:
Stonhard’s Construction Superintendent is responsible supervising large, sometimes multi-phase, flooring construction projects. Our Superintendent works with General Contractors, Stonhard installation partners and customers to deliver finished flooring projects at customer sites.
Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000Annual bonus opportunity (rookie average level) - $5,000 - $15,000Annual bonus opportunity (veteran average level) - $15,000 - $35,000Supplemental Pay Types: Commission Pay, Car Allowance, Reimbursement for Business ExpensesEmployee Benefits:
