Kitchen Director – Stone Hearth Estates
Stone Hearth Estates is seeking a compassionate, organized, and hands-on Kitchen Director to lead our dining services team. This position plays a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents while ensuring quality food service, sanitation compliance, and strong kitchen operations.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with seniors, leads by example, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming kitchen environment.
Position SummaryThe Kitchen Director is responsible for overseeing all food service operations including:
Meal preparation and menu executionKitchen staff supervision and schedulingFood ordering and inventory managementSanitation and infection control complianceResident dietary accommodationsMaintaining a positive dining experience for residentsThis role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work closely with residents, families, and staff.
