We are a high-end natural stone company seeking an experienced Sales/Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations, manage sales activities, and represent our brand with professionalism and confidence.
This role is ideal for someone with existing experience in the stone, slab, tile, or surface industry who understands materials, clients, and project-based sales.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily showroom operations and ensure a luxury, organized, and welcoming environmentLead customer interactions with designers, contractors, architects, and homeownersOversee sales process from inquiry to order coordinationTrain, support, and motivate sales staffMaintain strong relationships with repeat clients and industry partnersTrack sales performance and contribute to growth strategiesCoordinate with warehouse and fabrication teams when neededEnsure accurate pricing, quotes, and follow-ups
Requirements:
Industry experience strongly preferred (stone, slab, tile, countertops, or surfaces)Proven sales and customer service backgroundStrong communication and leadership skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorOrganized, detail-oriented, and reliableComfortable working with designers, contractors, and high-end clienteleBasic computer skills (email, CRM, quoting systems)
