    What You’ll Do:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operations Leadership

    Lead and inspire a team of managers and hourly staff to deliver an exceptional guest experienceUphold THE ONE GROUP’s world-class service and hospitality standardsOversee all restaurant functions, including business strategy, marketing, and risk managementMaintain compliance with corporate policies, food safety standards, and health regulations

    Team Development & Staffing

    Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier talent to support a high-performance cultureCoach, train, and mentor team members to drive excellence and career growthConduct regular performance evaluations and team-building initiatives

    Financial & Business Performance

    Monitor sales, labor, and operating costs to maximize profitabilityDevelop marketing initiatives and networking strategies to increase guest traffic and salesSet and execute sales forecasts, budget goals, and profitability strategiesEnsure compliance with all financial reporting and cost management standards

    What We’re Looking For:

    8+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, full-service dining (steakhouse or upscale dining preferred)
    A proven track record of driving sales, managing budgets, and leading successful teams
    Strong business acumen, financial expertise, and decision-making skills
    A passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and high-energy environments
     Tech-savvy with experience in restaurant POS systems (MICROS, Aloha, OpenTable, etc.)
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant atmosphere
