This Stio Mountain Studio Sales Associate is responsible for providing an exceptional brand experience with customers at our newest Mountain Studio retail location in Bozeman, Montana. Sales Associates are required to deliver an outstanding level of customer service, which includes but is not limited to knowledge of the brand story and product, customer engagement, and selling. Stio Mountain Studio Sales Associates are committed to supporting a dynamic, cohesive team that provides a customer experience through connection, top-quality product education, and a passion for our products and company.
Your responsibilities include:
Creating a welcoming environment for our customersMaintaining visual store aesthetic through routine cleaning, mannequin changes, organizing displays and general tidying of the floorReceiving inventory shipments, restocking inventory on the sales floor, and maintaining an organized back-stockOther operational duties including answering phones and fulfilling customer service shipmentsProviding knowledgeable and up to date details of Stio products, sales, and pricingUtilizing point of sale system to accurately and efficiently process customer transactions; payments, refunds/exchanges and gift cardsYour skills and experience include:

As a Stio Mountain Studio Retail Keyholder, you are part of our store team providing exceptional customer service each day. As a keyholder in a part-time hourly role, you share responsibility for opening and closing duties, provide leadership in finding solutions for customers, and support new employee shift training. You are expected to deliver an exceptional level of customer service, which includes but is not limited to knowledge of our brand story and products, customer engagement, and selling. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining visual merchandising standards, supporting inventory receiving and stocking processes, and helping maintain an organized store and back stock.
This role is performed in our Mountain Studio retail location. The Mountain Studio Retail Keyholder must live within a reasonable commute of our Boston, Massachusetts Mountain Studio.
