This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys solving equipment problems, improving production reliability, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining packaging equipment, processing equipment, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and automated manufacturing equipment.
This role is well-suited for a technician who can work independently, support production uptime, lead small improvement projects, and help mentor junior team members.
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain packaging, processing, and production equipment.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related issues.Work with power transmission systems, belts, chains, cams, bearings, gearboxes, motors, rotating machinery, and mechanical assemblies.Support electrical troubleshooting involving wiring, panels, motors, control circuits, sensors, PLCs, robotics, and automated control systems.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.Follow all food safety, workplace safety, GMP, and company maintenance standards.What We’re Looking For
