  Tiered Per-Visit Pay

  $60$85 per visit, depending on weekly visit volumeHigher tiers unlock increased per-visit payPaid for up to 2 unreplaced cancellations per month

  Coverage Area

  Patients are located throughout Duluth, GA, depending on the clinician's location. Coverage zones are designed to minimize travel and support efficient scheduling.

  
  

  Responsibilities

  Evaluate and treat patients in the home health settingDevelop and implement individualized plans of careProvide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional trainingEducate patients and caregiversComplete documentation in the EMR system (HelloNote experience is a plus)

  
  

  Qualifications

  Active Georgia Physical Therapist licenseDegree from an accredited Physical Therapy programReliable transportation for home visitsStrong communication and a patient-centered mindsetNew graduates encouraged to apply
