    What You'll DoAs a School-Based Therapist, you'll provide individual, family, and group counseling services to students ages 5–19 experiencing challenges such as:Anxiety and depressionTraumaBehavioral concernsGrief and lossFamily conflictSelf-esteemSchool adjustmentEmotional regulationResponsibilities include:Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessmentsDevelop individualized treatment plansProvide evidence-based therapeutic servicesCollaborate with families, school personnel, and community providersMaintain clinical documentationParticipate in team meetings and quality improvement activitiesQualificationsMaster's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related fieldEligible to register as a Florida Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, or Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern within six (3) months of hireValid Florida driver's license and reliable transportationIdeal Candidate
