    Summary Objective

    The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for advancing manufacturing engineering strategies, processes, and technologies to support operational excellence across the organization. This role directs a team of manufacturing engineers, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and establishes best practices that enhance productivity, quality, and safety. This position plays a role in processing standards, evaluating and implementing technologies.

    Essential Functions

    Supports the overall vision for the future of manufacturingEvaluates the manufacturing processes and implements improvements within each siteResearches industry trends and technologies to ensure the latest equipment and software packages are assessed for use within each of our sitesRuns and participates in workshops, Kaizen events and other related activities as neededTake part in quarterly and annual production planning and forecasting processes to ensure the equipment strategy is aligned to support customer demandSupports expansion projects as needed to increase production capacitiesIdentifies useful information in decision making processes and develops methods which will allow for efficient implementation.Establishes manufacturing metrics relative to new initiative deployment and reports out on them to validate improvementsIdentifies best practices within and outside the organization for process improvement/implementation and serves as a channel for best practice sharing and adoptionPartners with other teams to support a continuous improvement culture within the organization Partners internal and external teams to support manufacturing related initiativesIdentifies barriers to success and solicits help from leadership as and when needed.Participates in constructability reviews and collaborates with other departments to optimize products and establish design for manufacturability.

    Work Environment
    This job operates in a manufacturing/office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position will regularly be out on the manufacturing floor.


    Physical Demands
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit.     Summary Objective

    The Electrical Manufacturing Associate supports the assembly and installation of electrical systems for modular cooling and power infrastructure in a manufacturing environment. This role assists with electrical equipment installation, conduit and wiring work, equipment support construction, and tool maintenance while adhering to quality, safety, and production standards. The position provides an opportunity to develop electrical trade skills and grow within a structured manufacturing and apprenticeship environment.

    Essential Functions

    Assist in the installation of electrical switchgear, panels, controllers, wireways, trays etc.Develop the skills to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.Assist in the installation of electrical conduit and wiring on modular chiller systems per plans.Assist in the termination of high and low voltage wiring.Construct support and infrastructure for electrical equipment.Oversee and organize electrical tool room.Troubleshoot electrical tools, welders, and grinders.Assist Journeyman or Superintendent with misc. job duties.Responsibilities may require sedentary work, including but not limited to computer operation, video review, classroom or online training, job observations/inspections, and peer work review.Prepares for ISO 9001 and other audits.

    Summary Objective

    As a member of the technical staff, the Electrical Engineer is responsible for the electrical design of modular TIAC (Turbine Inlet Air Cooling) Plant, CHP, Mission Critical and District Cooling Plant up to full production. This includes specification reviews; electrical calculation and equipment selection to meet process, code, and client requirements; conduct design reviews; performs testing and inspections; coordinates with other disciplines, clients and fabrication for production. The Electrical Engineer will also be responsible for technical support of all products currently in production.

    Essential Functions

    Undertake engineering and design work independently.Accomplish tasks to the company procedures, specifications, standards and any project specific addenda;Develop reports and test procedures.Perform electrical tests and inspections.Participate in project teams and all activities related to the development of the modular plant.Provide technical support to sales and marketing for bids and proposals, such as schematics, equipment selection and specification reviewPrepare or review electrical specifications and necessary control documents based on project execution plan prior to commencement of any engineering or designactivities.Prepare design deliverables including datasheet, specification, schedules, diagrams to enable procurement, supply, fabrication, installation and construction to take place.Support and organize vendor technical clarification meetings.Undertake the Stellar Energy factory Electrical supervision or site Electrical supervision when required.Provide technical assistance to the project team at requirement (e.g. subcontract evaluation, scope definition, design schematics etc.)Maintain good interface with other disciplines.

    Summary Objective

    The Electrical and Controls Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of electrical power distribution and automation control systems for modular utility plant solutions. This role manages electrical and controls engineering teams while ensuring technical excellence, code compliance, project execution, and successful system commissioning.

    Essential Functions

    Manage and direct the workload of electrical and controls engineers and designers.Provide mentorship, training, and performance management for engineering personnel.Lead the design and analysis of low and medium voltage power distribution systems.Oversee transformer sizing, load calculations, power factor analysis, and switchgear selection.Manage specifications and selection of electrical equipment including MCCs and VFDs.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define power and control system requirements.Approve component selection and bills of material for electrical and controls systems.Oversee PLC programming and automated equipment control system configuration.Direct Human Machine Interface (HMI) application development and screen design.Ensure compliance with NEC and applicable electrical engineering standards.Provide technical support for bids, proposals, and system architecture development.Oversee in-house and field testing, startup, and commissioning activities.Provide regular project and department updates to engineering leadership.

    Summary Objective

    As a member of the technical staff, the Electrical Designer is responsible for preparing technical drawings of electrical systems for the design of modular TIAC (Turbine Inlet Air Cooling) Plant, CHP, Mission Critical and District Cooling Plant up to full production. During the design process, the Designer will work closely with the Engineer to compile technical data for the electrical systems, including product features, dimensional information, owner specifications, contract requirements, and electrical characteristics of the distribution system. This Designer will also be responsible for technical coordination of all products currently in production.

    Collaborates with electrical engineers to receive instructions and direction for the project design.Co-ordinates with other discipline designers to integrate design and avoid interferences Compiles standard project drawings depicting the systems to be manufactured by Stellar Energy. These drawings will include legend sheets, scaled plan sheets, installation details, schematic sheets, single line diagrams, and 3D models of installed electrical conduit and equipment.     Summary Objective

    As a member of the technical staff, the Automation & Controls Designer is responsible for preparing technical drawings of controls systems for the design of modular TIAC (Turbine Inlet Air Cooling) Plant, CHP, Mission Critical and District Cooling Plant up to full production. During the design process, the Designer will work closely with the Engineer to compile technical data for the control systems, including product features, dimensional information, owner specifications, contract requirements, and electrical characteristics of the distribution system. This Automation & Controls Designer will also be responsible for technical coordination of all products currently in production.

    Essential Functions

    Collaborates with controls engineers to receive instructions and direction for the project design.Co-ordinates with other disciplined designers to integrate design and avoid interferences. Compiles standard project drawings depicting the systems to be manufactured by Stellar Energy. These drawings will include legend sheets, installation details, schematic sheets, I/O diagrams, loop sheets, and 3D models of installed electrical conduit and equipment. Involved with specification review for system requirements, assist with generation of design calculations, verify design dimensions in the field, and generate bills of materials.Accomplish tasks in accordance with the company procedures, specifications, standards and any project specific addenda. Participates in project teams and all activities related to the development of the modular plant. Provides technical support to sales and marketing for bids and proposals, such as schematics and layouts.Prepares design drawing packages to enable procurement, supply, fabrication, installation, and construction to take place.Maintains good interface with designers, drafters, and production personnel from an array of design disciplines, including structural and mechanical. Ensures that design deliverable dates and met.

    Work Location

    This position will work out of our Main Office in Jacksonville, FL. This position is not approved for telecommuting or working remotely.

    Work Environment
    Most work is performed in an office environment. Regular trips to the Stellar Energy fabrication facility for observation and support may be necessary which may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, steel toed shoes and mandatory head protection.


    Physical Demands
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
    This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional overtime effort may be requested to meet project specific deadlines.

    Travel
    Anticipated 20% travel for this position with some overnight stays. Some occasional local day travel may also be necessary.

    Required Education and Experience.

    Minimum of two-year associate degree in drafting or related technical disciplineExperience in AutoCAD software4 years’ experience with electrical and controls design and drafting.

    Preferred Education and Experience

    Some experience in electronic design with electronic circuit technology assembly processes.Some experience in design, repair and analysis of electronic systems with exposure to electrical engineering design principles and methodologies. Knowledge of 3D software (Bentley AutoPlant or Plant 3D preferred).
