    IN THIS MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - HEATING TREATMENT SPECIALIST ROLE YOU WILL:

    As a Manufacturing Engineer - Heating Treatment Specialist, you will help make sure our heat-treating processes work well every day. You will work on jobs like hardening, tempering, annealing, carburizing, and stress relieving metal parts. You will write down how things should be done, check instructions, and update recipes for heat treating. You will check that furnaces and equipment are working right and follow industry rules. If there are problems, you will help solve them and make sure everything meets quality standards. You will also help test metal parts, check their hardness and structure, and work with other teams to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes, you will help with audits, paperwork, and new product projects.

    As a Machine Maintenance Tech, you will spend your day diagnosing and repairing production assembly systems, press systems, hydraulic, electrical, CNC, and pneumatic equipment. You will inspect machines, plan repairs using blueprints or equipment manuals, and perform general maintenance.     WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

    This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

    In this role, you'll lead daily CNC operations, assign tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency. You'll set up, program, and operate CNC machines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality standards. You'll mentor operators, collaborate with engineering, and keep production running smoothly while enforcing safety and promoting a clean, organized environment.

    WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A SENIOR CNC MACHINIST – MANUFACTURING TEAM LEAD?

    We're looking for someone who can work full-time while meeting the following qualifications:

    5+ years of CNC machining experience with strong G-code knowledgeLeadership experience in manufacturingAbility to read blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawingsStrong problem-solving skills for machining, tooling, and programming issuesProficiency with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMMsFamiliarity with CNC controls such as Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, or similarBasic computer skills for documentation and ERP systemsAbility to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods

    Multi-axis machining, CAD/CAM programming, Lean/5S knowledge, and experience training teams are preferred.
