Perform emergency roadside assistance (tire changes, jump starts, fuel delivery, lockouts, minor repairs)Operate light to medium-duty wreckers & rollbacks for towing, accident recovery, rollovers, and winch outsRespond to dispatch calls safely and efficiently while maintaining accurate ETA communicationComplete daily reports, paperwork, and vehicle logs in a timely mannerInspect, clean, and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment to ensure readinessProvide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathyFollow safety regulations and wear required PPE at all timesWhat You Bring:

Requirements
