We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, safe, and fully operational for guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spacesRespond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staffTroubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systemsConduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities remain in good working conditionMaintain the hotel’s exterior, including grounds, parking areas, and signageEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesKeep accurate records of maintenance work performedAssist with room inspections to ensure quality standards are metCoordinate with outside vendors when necessaryQualifications:
Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environmentBasic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair workAbility to use hand and power tools safelyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and customer service skillsFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as neededPhysical Requirements:

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe property, and provides excellent guest service. During the hotel’s off-season periods, this role will also assist with guest shuttle transportation.
Responsibilities:
