    SUMMARY:

    The Operations lead will assist in overseeing retail dispensary operations which includes delivery, inventory, and sales operations for the retail cannabis dispensary.     · Ensures inventory accuracy and integrity by maintaining and updating inventory logs and digital tracking documents.

    · Leads all cycle counts and end-of-year physical audits and adjusts inventory levels when discrepancies are identified.

    · Investigates inventory discrepancies and creates action plans to prevent future variances.

    · Supports digital menu inventory accuracy and fulfillment of guests’ orders.

    · Maintains high customer satisfaction through efficient best sales and delivery best practices.

    · Maintains an up-to-date understanding of market trends and customer preferences.

    · Collaborates with marketing and merchandising teams to optimize product displays and promotions.
