Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. * 7-10+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or executive support. * 5+ years of experience in investment management, financial services business. * Proven experience supporting senior leaders or in a Chief of Staff, strategy or business operations role. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with SharePoint and Outlook Calendar tools. * Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. * Strong analytical, problem solving and communication capabilities. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment. * High degree of professionalism, discretion and sound judgment * Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
