The Business Operations Manager directs and performs the business and fiscal management activities of the Division of Community Programs, including overall fiscal management of various components of the Services Continuum, including the Regional Service Coordinators and services, VJCCCA, Mental Health Initiative, and other funding streams; develops the unit's budgets in consultation with the Budget Dept.; supervises the fiscal positions assigned to the unit; monitor unit expenditures, and perform all DJJ reporting requirements related to the financial operations of the division. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will: * Serve as the Special Use Permit/Commercial Use Permit Program manager. * Provide Park business analysis and recommendations to park managers. * Oversee statewide venue rental and special events revenue growth. * Develop new revenue streams and ensure revenue operations align with mission and sustainability goals. * Expand revenue-generating offerings and support revenue event operations. * Conduct at least 18 on-site visits annually. * Monitor industry best practices in conference hosting, rental venue operations, and concerts. * Develop and implement guidelines and training for all aspects of revenue generation outside of retail. * Review and recommend fee changes.
