    The Senior Project & Commissioning Engineer is a technical subject matter expert and responsible for managing an RNG plant start-up from SAT through full commissioning and operational acceptance. This individual will be both customer and internal facing and will coordinate activity of all parties to meet start up and operational requirements in a timely and cost-efficient manner, including providing leadership and coaching to Engineers and Technicians. This position will also be responsible for individual skid and Balance of Plant controls support.


    Work Experience
    Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience required.7-10 years of experience with RNG plants in both landfill and biogas settings and/or gas compression and separation equipment and processes in related industries.Experience with RNG equipment design, manufacturing, testing, and startup, including demonstrated experience with full plant operation.Excellent problem-solving skills - ability to "think on your feet" and resolve issues in the field in real time.Strong customer service and communication skills and mindset; ability to balance competing interests of customers, contractors, vendors and other parties.Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively with other project managers, engineers, and trades.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. CAD experience a plus.Project management skills (PMP a plus).Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.Able to travel nationwide up to 50%+, including multiple weeks on site as required.

Provide accurate drawings for HVAC control systems and schematics using Visio. Have the ability to size control valves, dampers, air flow stations, and the like for HVAC systems. Experience designing systems with typical DDC control lines such as: Schneider Electric, Tridium, or similar. Be able to write and understand the sequence of operations for HVAC control systems, along with assembling submittals and O&Ms for projects.


    Work Experience
    Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or other STEM field with 1-3 years' experience in relevant field.2+ years' experience in controls design engineering OR 5+ years as a controls technician.Sound knowledge of electrical circuits, HVAC and controls required.Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required.Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

    The ideal Electrical Installer candidate should be able to thoroughly inspect and test electrical systems and equipment to accurately locate and diagnose malfunctions. This includes performing detailed visual inspections, utilizing a variety of testing devices, and leveraging advanced computer software to ensure all electrical components meet safety and performance standards. The candidate must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a full-time, regular capacity.
