This role combines advanced clinical care with leadership, mentorship, and program development. Job DescriptionOversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations. Maintain staffing, equipment, and resources for high-quality patient care. Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, providing regular performance evaluations. Participate in ongoing education for professional growth. Analyze patient data to optimize staffing and program development. Lead marketing efforts, including physician visits and community engagement. Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and ethical care. Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills. Requires a relevant degree and experience in clinic management.
