  About Us:

  We are a well-established property management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. Currently, we are seeking a reliable and experienced On-Site Manager for our 35-unit apartment complex located in Davis, CA.

  Responsibilities:

  Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment complexRespond promptly to tenant inquiries and concernsConduct property inspections and address maintenance issuesLease enforcement and tenant relationsCoordinate with maintenance staff and external contractorsEnsure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  Qualifications:

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasksProficient in Cloud Computing and using a portal

  Requirements:

  Live on-site in the provided manager's unitMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationAvailability for after-hours emergencies

  Compensation:

  Competitive salary based on experience, plus on-site housing.
