Stantec's Colorado Construction Management Group is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager with strong heavy civil transportation construction experience. The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to monitor and report on the work being executed on site by the construction contractor(s) and their sub-contractors to assist our clients in ensuring the work is being executed in accordance with the construction contract. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing a team that typically consists of project controls, construction inspectors, and administration staff. The Project Manager will advise the client on any issues or risks observed and provide recommendations on proposed remedial actions for client's approval. At the direction of the client, the Project Manager may also lead portions of the construction execution planning processes including but not limited to: communications management, reporting requirements, change management, project controls, scheduling, quality management, risk management, material management, environmental management, regulatory permitting, and logistics associated with the field construction operations that will take place for the project.
