About the Role:
The IT Support Specialist plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly by providing dependable technical support to associates. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, while also supporting the setup and maintenance of IT equipment and systems. This position plays a key role in maintaining network performance, ensuring system security, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes, all while delivering strong customer-service-oriented experience to internal users. This position is in person working out of our Milwaukee, WI location.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree in Information Technology or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation.Experience supporting hardware, software, and network systems.Ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent internal customer support.Knowledge of Windows Server administration, including DNS, DHCP, file services, and print services.Familiarity with PowerShell or other scripting languages used for systems administration and automation.Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.Preferred Qualifications:
