    The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $85,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.

    About the Role:

    The IT Support Specialist plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly by providing dependable technical support to associates. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, while also supporting the setup and maintenance of IT equipment and systems. This position plays a key role in maintaining network performance, ensuring system security, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes, all while delivering strong customer-service-oriented experience to internal users. This position is in person working out of our Milwaukee, WI location.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Associates degree in Information Technology or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation.Experience supporting hardware, software, and network systems.Ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent internal customer support.Knowledge of Windows Server administration, including DNS, DHCP, file services, and print services.Familiarity with PowerShell or other scripting languages used for systems administration and automation.Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.4-6 years of experience in IT or systems support.Experience working with IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems and/ or Enterprise Resource Planning software.Experience supporting, administering, and maintaining virtualized on-premise VMWare infrastructure and Microsoft Azure Cloud environments.Experience supporting and maintaining Veeam Backup & Replication infrastructure.Experience supporting and administering Cisco Meraki networking infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, firewalls and centralized cloud management.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide timely and effective technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.Maintain appropriate security measures across the corporate network and user devicesConfigure, install, and maintain computers, printers, and phone equipment.Monitor and troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, and server systems to ensure optimal performance.Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks, including user setup, system access, and equipment provisioning.

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Material Handler and Delivery Driver to join our team in Tinley Park, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers, while maintaining a commitment to quality and safety. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for the efficient movement of materials within our warehouse, ensuring that all products are properly stored and organized utilizing our handheld barcode scanners. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can effectively communicate with team members and customers to ensure we provide exceptional customer service.

    The compensation range for this position is $24 - $25 per hour. Please note that the compensation range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.     Minimum Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license, CDL not required.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted required.Valid DOT Medical Certification Card, or ability to obtain one upon hire (company will arrange the required DOT physical appointment).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in a warehouse, driving, or customer service role.Ability to operate a Forklift certification or other warehouse equipment.Ability to operate a box truck and/or cargo van.Knowledge of safety regulations in warehouse environments.

    Responsibilities:

    Safely operate cargo vans and box trucks in accordance with company policies.Load and secure materials to ensure safe transportation and prevent damage during transit.Deliver products to customer locations in a timely and professional manner while providing exceptional customer service.Communicate delivery updates, delays, or customer concerns as needed.Plan and organize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet customer expectations.Assist with warehouse duties, including picking, shipping, receiving, and put away when not making deliveries.

    What You'll Do:
