Job Description:
Hourly Associates at sweetFrog are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest service experience by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment while ensuring high-quality product presentation and service. Associates serve as the face of the brand and are expected to provide friendly, attentive customer service while supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all guests in a friendly, upbeat, and professional manner upon entryAssist customers with product selection, explain self-serve options, and answer questions if neededEnsure a positive, fun, and welcoming atmosphere for all guestsAddress customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessaryPoint of sale and Transactions
Accurately operate the cash register and the POS systemProcess cash, card, gift card, and digital payments efficientlyMaintain accuracy in handling money and providing changeProduct Preparation and Presentation
Prepare and restock toppings, fruits, and yogurt machines as needed using FIFO (First in first out)Ensure all products are fresh, properly labeled, and visually appealingMonitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are lowCleaning and Sanitation
Maintain cleanliness of the store, including lobby, topping bar, and back-of-house areasFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesClean equipment, surfaces, and utensils regularly throughout shiftsComplete opening, shift, and closing cleaning tasksStore Operations
Stock and organize inventory, including toppings, cups, and suppliesAssist with opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown of stationsWork collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operationsAdditional Expectations

We are looking for someone who is responsible mature and reliable to clean one machine per night per 5 days. The cleaning process can take anywhere from one and a half to two hours. The hours are flexible as long as the cleaning and lubing of the machine is completed that morning by 10:30am. The pay is $20. sweetFrog Fort Mill location.
