Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and technically competent Project Manager to lead residential and commercial audio-visual and smart home integration projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate across teams, manage client expectations, and ensure all installations are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and oversee AV and smart home system installationsCoordinate with design, engineering, field technicians, vendors, and clientsInterpret construction drawings, AV system designs, and scope documentsTrack project timelines, budgets, and change ordersConduct site visits, kickoff meetings, and quality control inspectionsManage client communication and satisfaction throughout the projectDocument project progress and closeout documentationEnsure compliance with safety and technical standardsQualifications:
3+ years of experience managing AV, smart home, or low-voltage projectsKnowledge of AV control systems (Crestron, Control4, Lutron, etc.)Familiarity with networking, distributed audio/video, lighting control, and automationStrong organizational and leadership skillsAbility to read construction plans and system schematicsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com)**PMP certification is a plus (not required)**
